Disney Golden Oak: The Enchanting Blend of Luxury and Disney Magic

As a local Orlando resident, I’ve been fortunate enough to witness the allure and magic of the Disney Golden Oak community. This unique residential enclave is just three miles from my home and combines the fantasy and enchantment we've come to associate with Disney with the splendor of luxury living. I had the privilege to tour the house at 10120 Enchanted Oak Drive when it was active on the market for $10,000,000 and listed by my colleague Matt McKee of Compass Real Estate in Orlando.  The architectural design of this grand estate speaks volumes of Disney's commitment to unparalleled sophistication, coupled with a sprinkle of Disney enchantment.  This house is located inside Carolwood, one of the inner gated communities, and is one of my favorites next to the Residences at the Four Seasons.  Carolwood has vast estate lots and many, if not all, back up to Disney World's private property currently used for conservation.  One of my favorite things about this house is the outdoor lifestyle, and lifestyle is a perfect description of it.  It's just MAGICAL, from the swim-up bar to the Mickey Mouse-shaped hot tub and the large retractable screen lounging space.  Check it out for yourself...
